- AAAdejoke AMay 18, 20265.0Charlie and the Hackney Team at Felicity J Lord are the gold standard when it comes to residential property sales. We initially used another local agency who were also handling our purchase. They were a royal let down with both the purchase and the sale. We ultimately switched to FJL and the difference was like night and day. Even the photographs of our property were just better - FJL were the better choice. The sale of our 2-bed flat in Clapton came with several twists and turns due to the Building Safety Act 2022, as well as the age/construction of the high-rise. But the team navigated this with such professionalism and care. Charlie is transparent, friendly, communicates well and is extremely patient. While the wider team - Ahmed, Ridwana, all of them are just a pleasure to deal with. Not sleazy agents at all. Absolutely the best we've dealt with. Thanks so much!
